Introduction

The Monafiss Driver app is owned and operated by Monafiss Store Trading Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, and how we use and protect it.

Data We Collect

1. Account information

• Name and phone number — to create a driver account, sign in, and communicate about orders.

2. Location (GPS)

• We collect your precise location to show nearby orders, navigate you to pickup/drop-off points, and let the store and customer track delivery status during an active order.
• Location may be used while the app runs in the background only when an active delivery is in progress.

3. Camera

• Used to scan order QR/barcodes and confirm pickup/delivery. We do not store images beyond what is needed to complete an order.

4. Notifications

• We send notifications about new and assigned orders and their status.

5. Technical & diagnostic data

• Device information and crash reports (via Sentry) to improve app stability and fix issues.

How We Use Your Data

• Operate the delivery service, assign and track orders.
• Communicate with you about orders and your account.
• Improve app performance and security and fix crashes.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data Sharing

Limited data (such as delivery-time location and driver name) may be shared with the store and customer of the relevant order solely to complete the delivery, and with trusted service providers (such as Google Maps and Sentry for diagnostics) only as needed to operate the app.

Data Retention & Your Rights

• We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with the law.
• You may request access, correction, or account deletion by contacting us.
